If you want to get some nice sunrise photos, you can't go wrong with shooting from the Sv. Ana Hill above the Ljubljansko Barje marshes. The hill is just high enough to offer great views over the vast plains below and sports a photogenic little chapel. Most late spring and summer mornings are foggy in the lowlands, which means fairytale-like scenes of the river and solitary trees shrouded in mist.
Yes, I had to get up early and leave home at 4.15 a.m. to get to my destination before dawn. Was it worth it? I would say so! :)

Te barjanske meglice sem videl že v sto in več izvedbah. Pa me vedno znova fascinirajo.
Bravo!
Hvala, Lenart, se čisto strinjam s tabo. Na Sv. Ano grem večkrat in meglice so vedno pravljične. Samo iz postelje se je treba zbrcat. ;)
Ana zelo lepo tole barje.. Bravo!
Wow.
